North Bengaluru is seeing a new residential township take shape, adding another large-scale housing development to the city’s northern growth corridor. Embassy Origins, the new residential project by Embassy Developments, spans about 85 acres and brings two projects into its first phase. The development is planned around a substantial investment and a mix of villas and apartments. With more than 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space planned in Phase I, Embassy Origins is set to add a sizeable housing offering to North Bengaluru.
Embassy Developments has launched Embassy Origins as an approximately 85-acre residential township located north of Yelahanka. The company plans to invest ₹22,000 crore in developing the overall project, while the first phase has an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,500 crore.
The opening phase brings together two RERA approved residential developments, creating a varied housing mix within the larger township.
Embassy Origins is designed and landscaped by Bengaluru based Bhumiputra Architecture. The masterplan incorporates around 4,000 trees representing 100 to 120 species, while existing landscape features are planned as a continuous green spine through the development.
Water systems, land contours and mature tree cover are also being incorporated into the planning approach, shaping the township around its natural setting.
Embassy Origins is positioned to connect residents with Bengaluru’s business, commercial and lifestyle destinations. Kempegowda International Airport is around 20 minutes away, adding to the project’s access to a major regional gateway.
The scale of Embassy Origins introduces both independent villas and apartments within one large residential development. Its broad configuration range, from studios to 5 BHK villas, can serve different household requirements while expanding the supply of homes in North Bengaluru.
For homebuyers, the project brings multiple housing formats into a single township. The planned green spine and extensive tree cover also form a notable part of its residential environment.
Embassy Origins adds a major residential development to North Bengaluru with a substantial Phase I housing pipeline. Its combination of apartments, villas, large landscaped areas and access to key city destinations gives the township a broad residential profile. As the first phase progresses, the development’s eventual influence will depend on how construction and planned delivery move forward over the stated timeline.
